***Saturday private events are available on select dates only. Weddings receive scheduling priority during our peak wedding season.
Food & Beverages
One of the advantages of our Venue Event Package is flexibility.
You're welcome to select your own licensed caterer and customize your menu to fit your event.
Guests may also provide their own beer, wine, and spirits.
If alcohol will be served, the event host must obtain the required Douglas County Temporary Liquor License, and alcohol must be served by an approved bartender in accordance with county regulations. Our team will guide you through the process.
All-Inclusive Private Event Package
Planning a corporate event, holiday party, or other special occasion and prefer a fully coordinated experience?
Ask us about our All-Inclusive Private Event Packages, which can include catering, beverage service, staffing, and event coordination. We'll customize a package to fit your event, guest count, and budget.
Event Insurance
All events at Cottonwood Cottage require Special Event Liability Insurance. This affordable coverage helps protect you, your guests, and our venue in the unlikely event of an accident.

Reserve Your Event Date
A $1,000 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
Your reservation is confirmed once your signed service agreement, invoice, and retainer have been received.
