At Cottonwood Cottage, we make food and beverage service simple and flexible. For your event, we can provide everything from food and serving staff to a full bar and bartenders.
All-Inclusive Package
If you choose our All-Inclusive Package, Cottonwood Cottage provides the food, serving staff, full bar and bartending for your event.
Your package can be customized to fit your event, including the menu you select and the type of bar service you want for your guests.
Food
We offer a variety of food and menu options, and we will work with you to create a menu that fits your preferences, your wedding, and your budget.
Food pricing is based on the menu you select and the number of guests attending. Serving staff is included in our food pricing, so there is no additional labor or service-staff fee.
Bar Service
Cottonwood Cottage offers a full bar for private events, giving you several different ways to handle beverages for your guests.
A bartender is required for all events.
Bartender: $200
Second bartender: Required for guest counts of 90 or more
You can choose the bar arrangement that works best for you:
Cash Bar – Guests purchase their own drinks.
Beer & Wine Hosted Bar – You host and pay for beer and wine for your guests.
Beer, Wine & Well Drinks Hosted Bar – You host and pay for beer, wine and well drinks for your guests.
Full Hosted Bar – You host and pay for beer, wine, well drinks and additional liquor available behind the bar.
Combination Bar – Create your own arrangement. For example, you can host the first $600 of beer and wine purchases, after which guests pay for their own drinks.
No Inflated Event-Day Drink Pricing
One of the advantages of having a full bar at Cottonwood Cottage is that we don't use inflated wedding or event-day drink pricing.
You also don't have to purchase multiple kegs or cases of beer in advance and worry about whether you will use everything. Our full bar allows us to offer multiple beers on tap, along with a variety of wine and liquor options.
For example, if you are hosting beer and wine but one of your guests wants a Jack Daniel's and Coke, that guest can purchase the drink directly from the bar. You don't have to purchase liquor for everyone simply because one guest wants a different drink.
Hosted Bar Pre-Book
If you choose to host alcohol for your guests, a bar pre-book is required.
The bar pre-book is a non-refundable commitment that guarantees your event has bar service available up to the amount of your pre-book. In other words, you are committing to a specific amount of bar purchases, and Cottonwood Cottage is committing to providing the alcohol and bar service necessary to cover that amount during your event.
For example, if your bar pre-book is $2,500, you are committing to $2,500 in bar purchases, and Cottonwood Cottage will make sure your event has the appropriate alcohol available to accommodate that $2,500 commitment.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate pre-book amount based on your guest count, event length and the type of bar service you select.
The pre-book can be used for the bar service you choose, including beer, wine, well drinks and/or additional liquor, depending on your selected bar arrangement.
The pre-book is non-refundable, because Cottonwood Cottage is committing the inventory, staffing and bar service necessary to accommodate your guaranteed amount.
This approach also gives you flexibility. Rather than having to decide in advance exactly how many bottles, cases or kegs of each type of alcohol you need, you are committing to a dollar amount. Your guests can choose from the available selections at the bar, and the purchases are applied toward your pre-book commitment.

We want to make your bar planning as simple as possible.
You don't have to guess whether your guests will drink more beer, wine or liquor. You don't have to purchase a specific number of kegs or bottles ahead of time. Instead, you select a bar arrangement and a pre-book amount, and we take care of making sure the bar is properly stocked and staffed for your event.
Our goal is to make sure you know what you are committing to, and we know what we need to provide to make sure your bar is covered.
