A retainer payment is required to reserve your date at Cottonwood Cottage and is due at the time of booking. The retainer amount is $2500.00 and $3500.00 if you are choosing our Total Package option.  We are not in a position where we can hold dates.   Your date is secured when the booking process is completed (invoice, service agreement and retainer).  The retainer along with any additional payments are non-refundable in the event you want to cancel at any point leading up to your event.
