We are very happy to receive second place in two categories in the 2018 Record Courier Best of Carson Valley Contest. We have been working very hard since we started 3 years ago and it is amazing to get recognized like this. Cottonwood Cottage was highlighted during the opening credits in a 1973 Walter Matthau movie called Charley Varrick. The girl in the picture below is mowing where we now have horseshoe pits in our backyard.
